Blog Ahead happens three times a year and is hosted by Anna @ Herding Cats and Burning Soup. For me it was fate.
It's funny how things work sometimes, those who know me know that I had to retire early to care for my disabled husband who suffers from Parkinson's disease and unfortunately the disease is progressing so that he's now a 24/7 job and as a result sometimes after a day of therapy and multiple doctor's appointments I'm asleep on the couch at 8pm and find I'm formatting the next day's blog post a few hours before it's due, aka, by the seat of my pants. Anna often talks about blogging ahead and how it's save her tush many times and I was just about to give it a try when I saw her Blog Ahead for March post – fate I decided.
I participated all four weeks and on most days posted two blog entries and before I knew it I was two weeks ahead. WOW! I am amazed at how freeing it is to actually be not only caught up but so far ahead that if something came up I could take a week or so break from blogging. I am now a true Blog Ahead believer!
