Those who know me know that my all time favorite author is Deborah Cooke who also writes under the pseudonym of Claire Delacroix. I have been loving her Flat Iron Five series a contemporary series with sass and heat and now she's started a spin-off/companion series to it called Secret Heart Ink. The premise of the series is this; Secret Heart Ink is a tattoo salon run by the enigmatic woman called Chynna and to celebrate the opening she is giving away one tattoo on each full moon hoping to bring two hearts together forever.

Unless you've been living under a rock you know that Deb Cooke/Claire Delacroix is my all time favorite author. I LOVE everything she writes, historical, paranormal, urban fantasy contemporary, YA. I started off reading her historical romance with just a touch of woo woo and fell in love with her world(s) her characters and her stories and like many established authors today has decided to go indie all the way. Deborah Cooke has always been my one go to author because I know whatever genre of her's I'm reading, wether its set today, hundreds of years ago or somewhere in the distant future I will be entertained, engrossed and fall in love with her characters. And her latest series of novellas staring the dragon shape-shifting Princesses of Incendium are no different.
Wyvern's Mate is the first in the series and I enjoyed it immensely in print, but when I heard Saaskia Maarleveld telling the tale for me I was entranced.

Showcase - Review The Rose Red Bride by Claire Delacroix

Its no secret that Claire/Deb is one of my very favorite authors ever and my very favorite in her genre(s). She has a way of telling her tales that draw me right into the story. And my very favorite of her medieval families has to be the Lammegeiers. The Rose Red Bride is book two in her Jewels of Kinfairlie series and it was amazing to read and even more to listen to.
