Today I welcome one of my all time favorite authors, Carla Neggers who I first met when I became her RT (Romantic Times) reviewer and I fell in love with her storytelling and this romantic suspense, Sharpe and Donovan series staring her FBI husband and wife duo Colin Donovan and Emma Sharpe.
