What a wonderful month this has been. We've been on a road trip of discovery with our characters and we've shared many memorable moments together while doing it.
How many ways can I say Thank You
Not nearly enough :)
Marilyn-Thank you as always for enlightening us with your author's look into the novel, for your sharing of your own Route 66 road trip and for just being there for us in whatever capacity we needed you. You always make these book club reads great!!
To My loyal peeps-what can I say. You've followed me from B&N to here, stayed with me and supported me and I am so honored to call you my friends. The book club selections will be drifting off for a while but I'll be sure and let you know if there's another one planned and give you plenty of time to prepare.
Not nearly enough :)
Dear Deb, Karen, Elaine, and April~
ReplyDeleteMy thanks to each of you for being a part of the book club and for wandering around in Aurora, Donovan, and Gideon's world with me this month... I've spent so much time with them all alone that it was a special treat to get to share them with you wonderful ladies ;). And Deb, extra thanks for hosting us all here. I love the book parties that you throw!
All of you should have gotten an email from me tonight with the PDF of "The Road and Beyond" -- the expanded story. I hope you find some interesting tidbits in the added pages, and you all should know that you can email me anytime with thoughts on that version, questions on anything, or just to say hi!!
Wishing you the best and looking forward to seeing you on Facebook, Goodreads, Twitter (my contact links are on this page: http://marilynbrant.com/MBcontact.html), and around the web!
xoxo
Marilyn
Okay, do I ever feel dumb! I shut my nook down before the last few pages, thinking I was done... Well, I wasn't! There was the ending that I wanted - Donovan moving to Arizona!! Sorry, Deb, Marilyn, I do stuff like that from time to time....
ReplyDeleteElaine
LOL, Elaine!
DeleteI'm so glad you found the real ending!!!
Thanks for telling me and for reading the whole thing ;).
Elaine, no problem that's easy to do especially on an e-reader.
