My Review:

-->
It Started With A Pregnancy
Christy Jeffries
As a rescue dog mom any story involving rescued animals speaks to my heart and Christy Jeffries does a bang up job with her installation in the Furever Yours mini-series, including the most adorable rescue doggie ever!
The couple is genuine and likeable, the road to their HEA is filled with obstacles but not overwhelmingly so, the plot has a bit of a mystery to add depth and just the right amount of drama, the secondary characters are a hoot and what could be better than a tale built around an animal rescue.
The real stand outs in this novel is Christy’s focus on animal rescue and her not making the fact that her couple is bi-racial a focus at all.
Rebekah Taylor director of Furever Paws had her life all planned out and it did not include a one-night stand with her bosses sexy, very wrong for her  nephew or a totally jaw-dropping, unexpected pregnancy. But she’s learning to expect the unexpected.
Grant Whitaker had always been attracted to the director of his aunt’s non-profit animal rescue so he thought he hit the jackpot the night she let him come home with her.  But the news she hit him with eight weeks later stopped him in his tracks.
