Overview:

A Cradle for Christmas?

Happily single Dante Sanchez is not looking for love. When he meets seven-months-pregnant Eloise Taylor, he knows he should run, not walk, in the other direction. But the local teacher is dazzled by the fiercely independent Eloise—maybe even enough to reconsider his dedication to bachelorhood? Between her wealthy family’s disapproval and her own reluctance to commit, their relationship is a risky proposition. However, there’s a baby on the way who just might need them both…

From Harlequin Special Edition: Believe in love. Overcome obstacles. Find happiness.

Montana Mavericks: Lassoing Love

My Review:

The Maverick’s Holiday Delivery
Christy Jeffries

Christy Jeffries, The Maverick’s Holiday Delivery, is fantastic, a real feel good romance with just enough drama to make readers sweat and a lot of holiday festivities with a few disasters thrown in for good measure. The stars of the show Eloise and Dante are so genuine, relatable and likeable they seem real and people you’d like to hang out with. The two families that are featured, the very wealthy Taylors who are more than a bit disfunction and the Sanchez’s who are a chaotic happy lot may seem very different at first but the deeper you get into the story the more alike they become. Fans of this fantastic author and the Montana Maverick’s series will get some past character catch up but readers who have only read this one will find it equally enjoyable. Plus there’s always something really special about a Harlequin Special Edition holiday tale and this one checks every mark for holiday romance fans.

The last thing Eloise Taylor ever wanted to do was to set foot back in her home town, but now single and seven months pregnant she realizes that even though her relationship with her family is difficult the only place she wants to raise her child is Bronco Montana where she grew up. The second to last thing she wants is a man in her life but she just can’t seem to stay away from a sexy school teacher.

Dante Sanchez thought he was happily single, he’s got a great family, a job that’s rewarding and lots of friends, that is until he meets a very pregnant, very beautiful woman who he just can’t get out of his mind.

What starts as a friendship could become more if…
