Hello everyone and welcome to my 5^th Annual Ho Ho Ho Harlequin Holiday Extravaganza. This year I’d like to start by saying Happy Holidays and thank you to all my readers and blogger friends who make me laugh, make me cry and keep it real while giving me inspiration.

Help us bring awareness to the causes that matter most to women, empowering women to make a difference in the lives of others!

Somewhere right now, a woman’s compassion is improving the quality of life in her community—not only for herself but for those she cares about most.

Each act of kindness, each word of support, is evidence that heroines do exist, and Harlequin wants to share their stories!

For over a decade now, we have solicited the public to nominate women who have made extraordinary contributions to their communities. This year, the More Than Words program will recognize three women nominated by Harlequin authors. An internal judging committee will narrow the field down to five of the outstanding women nominated by our authors and invite the public to vote for their favorite heroine. Winners will receive a $15,000 donation to her chosen. With your support, we aim to turn awareness into action and mobilize others to become engaged and make a difference in their community.

Mission and Objectives

The Harlequin More Than Words program aims to enhance the well-being of women. Our goals are to:

·      Raise awareness about worthy causes that are of concern to women

·      Provide financial assistance to these important charities

·      Engage employees, authors, and readers and the general public in worthy causes and provide opportunities for them to make a difference
