The Nay-cation Part Two

Welcome to naycation part two
Are we there yet?

We were to check in Sunday May 4th a 2bedroom condo with an ocean view ahhhh

Now a little about reason #1 celebration, my birthday.
In 1953 my mom and dad married just before my dad joined the army and while he was in bootcamp my mom lived with her parents and only saw my dad on weekends or on leave. Then he was shipped off to Baumholder Germany to help aid in the rebuilding after WWII, he helped build roads there. Anyway back to my tale, after he shipped out and was gone a while he was made a Sergeant and was allowed to have his wife join him overseas and since she was expecting their first child (me) that made her very happy, however since he was still considered an enlisted man she was not allowed to live on base LOL. So they found a tiny apartment above a bakery in town
on a street just like this.
I was born at the US Army hospital on May 24th 1954
And the rest is history!

Now enjoy some more Nay-cation pics

Harborwalk Village
a boardwalk of shops and restaurants

How our sunset would have looked as we sipped
umbrellaed drinks ahhhh

I'll share more nay-cation photos and how hubs and I met 41 years ago 😊
Don't waste a minute because life can crap on anyone!
